CANCELLATION PROCESS:

• Include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation.
• Our team will review your request and determine the applicable fees.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the cancellation fee details and the refunded amount.
• Once your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window, we will initiate the refund process.
